Registration Terms and Conditions:

• Awesome features and agile usability for online education
• Prepayment is required.
• The student is responsible for the lesson if they miss it due to an excuse or illness in the case of group lessons. However, for individual lessons, the lesson can be rescheduled with the teacher.
• If a student needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, they must notify the academy at least one hour before the lesson time. If the student fails to notify the academy in time, no refund will be issued.
  
• In the case of monthly payments and an inability to attend a lesson due to an excuse, additional weeks will be calculated according to the amount paid by the student in the following month.
• In the case of absenteeism without a valid excuse, the paid amount will not be refunded.
• Flexibility is provided in scheduling lesson times.
• Communication should be made only through the website.
• The student is responsible for completing all weekly assignments and tests via the website.
• Students will be notified in advance if a lesson is cancelled by the teacher.
• The academic year is divided into three terms:
  

  • Term A: September - December
  • Term B: January - April
  • Term C: April - July
• The student’s level in the Arabic language section will be determined through a placement test before starting the course.
• The student will be provided with PDF files electronically if available, or they may choose to purchase the book at their own cost if desired.
